Beschreibung:

This lavishly illustrated monograph showcases Elizaveta Porodina's latest fashion photography, where emotion and surrealism create hauntingly cinematic visual narratives.

Elizaveta Porodina has built a reputation for transforming fashion imagery into psychologically charged and visually arresting narratives. Her work conjures entire emotional territories where models become mythic figures suspended in moments of haunting beauty. This collection continues her exploration of fashion as a vehicle for storytelling that operates on both conscious and subconscious levels. Porodina's background in clinical psychology infuses her photography with therapeutic intensity. She excavates the inner lives of her subjects through masterful manipulation of light, color, and composition. Her visual language oscillates between analogue warmth and high-fashion precision. Muted pastels dissolve into saturated jewel tones; soft, dreamlike edges collide with razor-sharp focus. Each photograph channels melancholy, longing, and introspection without sacrificing aesthetic elegance. Accompanied by an illuminating essay on her creative process, this volume presents Porodina's most recent work in an elegantly designed package.
